Visa-Free Regime
for Citizens of the
European Union Member States, the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein
The citizens of Bulgaria and Romania enjoy the FREE visa regime with Ukraine.
On July 26, 2005
President of Ukraine Mr. Victor Yuschenko signed the Decree ¹ 1131/2005 on Introduction of Visa-Free Regime for Citizens of the European Union Member States, the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Facilitating the free movement of persons in general, the said Decree envisages visa-free travelling to Ukraine by all citizens of the aforementioned countries, including
the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
